Pastor Frederick T. Anderson

Pastor Anderson is a native of Syracuse, New York, the son of a Baptist preacher, the tenth child of fourteen, and the eighth son of ten boys. At a young age, he was called to preach, and in 1983 at the age of twenty, he began ministering the Word of God. God directed Pastor Anderson to pastor his first church at age twenty-six. Years later, he was prompted to start a non-denominational church. On October 13, 1991, he founded and began pastoring Covenant Christian Ministries Church. Pastor Anderson attended Syracuse University for 2 years with studies in social work and went on to Bryant & Stratton Business Institute for 2 years before pursuing the call of God on his life. He has since continued his education at More Than Conquerors College. Pastor Frederick Anderson received an honorary doctorate degree from St. Thomas Christian University, in Jacksonville, FL, awarded to him on November 1, 2014.  In this, God has honored the works of his hands and caused honor to be given to whom honor is due.  He has not been weary in well-doing, hence he stands to reap the fruit of his labor. The Pastor was married on December 29, 1984, to his lovely wife, Vanessa.

Vanessa Anderson is a native of Kenansville, North Carolina. At age 17, she entered into a life-changing relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She received her B.A. in education from North Carolina Central University, her M.S. in speech-language disorders from Syracuse University, and her doctorate in education from Oral Roberts University.  She works alongside her husband,  educating young minds and teaching the gospel.  Pastor and Dr. Anderson have been blessed with two beautiful children, Frederick Tyrone, Jr. (Ashley) and Patience Alferea, and five grandchildren.
